Maxie’s Henderson will be a full service bar & grille, serving incredibly tasty classics in a fresh and vibrant venue. Maxie’s 5-star burgers, fries, steaks, shakes, and full-service bar will be the dominant food establishment in the new Henderson development project, called “The Village”.

Maxie’s has already proven her success with her flagship location at Caesar’s on the Las Vegas Strip. The same quality and excitement will be brought to this Henderson location:

I-956F Project Approval

This project has recieved I-956F approval from the United States Customs & Immigration Services bureau.

USCIS has approved the project documents for the Maxie’s restaurant EB-5 project. This approval verifies the project’s adherence to the Eb-5 requirements, and indicates that any EB-5 investors filing a petition for a green card would be approved *.

This assumes the investors source of funds & other personal documents are approved. The I-956F only verifies the project level documents, & does not guaranty any approval of investor's personal documents.
